As Director of Marketing at Kum & Go, Matt orchestrated a comprehensive marketing transformation that revolutionized the company’s approach to customer engagement. He led the development and implementation of a new brand identity, reimagined the &Rewards loyalty program with a modern technology foundation, established the company’s first always-on paid media strategy, and launched multiple award-winning campaigns that drove significant growth in foot traffic, digital engagement, and food sales.
Prior to Kum & Go, Matt held brand management positions at Kraft Heinz, where he developed growth strategies for iconic brands including Oscar Mayer and Lunchables. His earlier career included consulting roles at AlixPartners and Deloitte.
A recognized thought leader in convenience retail, Matt frequently contributes to industry publications and was named a Future Leader in Convenience by Convenience Store News in 2021. He has served on the NACS Strategic Communications Committee, helping shape the industry’s response to emerging challenges.
