Lesley Segadelli (Moderator)

Lesley Segadelli is a strategic, people-first HR leader with almost two decades of experience driving organizational growth through workforce strategy, cultural transformation and leadership development. She joined the Stinker Stores Leadership team in 2021 where she serves today as the VP – People & Culture, i.e. their lead People Partner, Chief Fun & Shenanigans Officer, Training Guru, Culture Champion, occasional Therapist and in general the go-to problem figure-outter. In her time at Stinker she has brought a focus on bridging people strategy with business execution by reducing turnover to record lows, launching scalable training and development programs and reshaping the company’s culture. When she’s not wrangling skunks, she enjoys traveling the world with her family or reading a good book by the fireplace.
