Prior to her opening her consulting and marketing agency in 2015, Kay worked in b2b media, with the Circle K Company (now owned by Alimentation Couche-Tard) in
Phoenix, Arizona, 7-Eleven, the Clark County Health District, Sky Chefs and within traditional foodservice and retail. Kay is a graduate of UMass Amherst and holds post
graduate certifications in leadership, food safety and category management.
With Kay’s background in foodservice long-before entering the convenience store industry and her work at the Clark County Health District as an inspector, Kay is very well-versed in food safety protocols within building design, manufacturing processes and customer-facing operations.
