Damon Bail

Damon Bail is the Vice President of Operations & Marketing at Valor Oil (September 2019–present), leading retail strategy and performance across the company and overseeing the Hop Shops convenience store division based in Owensboro, Ky. He formerly served as COO at Mountain Express Oil Company (Jan–Jul 2019) and held key leadership roles at Buchanan Energy (VP of Operations, 2017–2019), MAPCO Express (Director & Divisional Manager, 2011–2016), and RaceTrac (2001–2011). Bail spearheaded the innovative “World Famous HOP Shop Disco Bathrooms” concept, which attracted national media attention and became a brand-defining customer experience at HOP Shops convenience stores.He is recognized as a trusted leader and mentor in the oil & retail sectors, with a strong reputation for inspiring teams and driving cultural transformation.
