To register for CStore Connections conference click the Register button below. Note: This link is specific to speaker registration ONLY. Follow the detailed steps below to complete your registration by February 21, 2025.

The guest page will show. If you are not adding a guest, skip to the next page.
The registration ticket type page will show and “Speaker” will be selected. If you wish to attend any of the Optional Activities hit Select. Click Next.
Confirm all the information is correct on the Registration Summary page and accept the Terms & Conditions on the Order Summary page. Click Submit.
A confirmation email will be emailed to you.
Make sure to save your confirmation email in case you need to modify your registration later.
Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under the agenda HERE.
We recommend that speakers check in and collect their badge once they arrive. Registration will be open on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday. We ask that speakers arrive at the general session room 15 minutes before the start of their session. This will allow enough time for speakers to get set up with our AV team.
Business casual is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by February 17, 2025. If you submit your presentation after the 17th, we ask that you bring it with you on a flashdrive as a backup.
If you wish to include videos in your presentation, they will need to be embedded into your presentation.
Please clearly label the presentation with the speaker’s first and last name.
CStore Connections will supply a projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in the general session room as well as a wireless clicker. Please plan to arrive early to get set up with our AV team to place your mic. Personal laptops cannot be used.
Hotel and Event Information
CStore Connections takes place March 9-12, 2025, at The Westin Charlotte, NC. Information regarding the hotel can be found HERE.
A room block is available at the Westin Charlotte. The room rate is $255++ per night and reservations must be made by 2/17/25.
We encourage all speakers to take part in the available networking opportunities including the Welcome Reception on March 9, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM and the Social Networking from 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM. To learn more, click HERE.
