Advanced Registration
Ends February 28

  • Early Bird Rates expire on December 31, 2024.
  • Standard Registration Rates are offered January 1 – February 28, 2025.

 

Onsite Registration
Begins March 1

  • An additional $200 administrative fee will be added to the standard registration rates beginning March 1. 

 

Spouse / Guest Fees
Attendees are welcome to bring their spouse, partner or other family members to the conference. Spouse/Guest registration rates are reserved for individuals who are not employed within the convenience retailing industry. 

  • NAG Members pay $499 for a spouse/guest
  • Non-Members pay $599 for a spouse/guest

General Sessions & Break Outs 

All conference attendees are encouraged to participate in the full conference agenda. There is one break out session limited to retailers only (Retail Leaders Exchange). 

 

Travel & Expenses 

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations for the event.

Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, March 9 ($150 per person) 
Leadership Discovery Program (YEO members) 

A retailer is defined as an individual whose primary employment is with a company that owns/operates convenience stores, gas stations, or travel centers. 

A supplier is defined as an individual whose primary employment is with a company that offers/sells products, services, support to convenience retailers.  

Reduced pricing is available to individuals whose primary employer is a retail company with a NAG membership in good standing. NAG member companies enjoy a savings of $350 per person. 

NAG retailer dues are currently $500 per company. If you intend to send more than one individual to CStore Connections, adding a membership will pay for itself! 

Allied supplier members are entitled to cost savings and other event perks. Please discuss with your sales rep while securing your 2025 sponsorship! 

If you register and then are unable to attend please notify the event organizers as soon as possible via email to events@wtwhmedia.com

Substitution 

Sending a different attendee from your own company in your place is offered with no penalty. Please include the new attendee’s Name, Title, and Email address when you inform event organizers. 

Cancellation 

If no one else is able to take your place, please be advised that cancellation penalties may apply.  All cancellation requests received are subject to review. Attendees who fail to notify event organizers of cancellation on or before March 1 are not entitled to a refund, including no-shows. 

Refund Schedule
– Received on or before December 31, refund less $100 admin fee. 
– Received on or before February 10, refund less a $200 admin fee. 
-Received on or before March 1,  refund less a $300 admin fee. 
– Received after March 1, full forfeiture of all fees paid.
