Introducing Partner Plus+, an exclusive 1-on-1 meeting program designed to enhance networking opportunities for conference attendees and sponsors. This initiative pairs retailers and suppliers based on their shared business needs, ensuring meaningful and productive interactions. Each meeting lasts for 15 minutes, providing concise yet dedicated time to discuss potential collaborations, exchange ideas, and build valuable business relationships. Partner Plus+ is the perfect platform for fostering connections that drive growth and innovation in the industry.

Retailer attendees are enrolled into the Partner Plus+ program by invitation only.  Please review the program details below and then request an invitation!

Program Benefits

» Invited retailers who complete all scheduled meetings are eligible for a full refund for conference fees paid (does not include pre-conference add ons).

» Meeting with the right supplier partner at the right time can make all the difference as you work to grow your business.

» Invited retailers will arrive to Charlotte with their pre-scheduled meeting agenda to ensure the ROI on attendance is achieved.

Participation Guidelines 

» All Retailer attendees are welcome to request an invitation.

» Retailers will be sent an invitation to enroll in the Partner Plus+ program based on the availability of supplier meeting host/pairings that best meet the shared business needs. Individuals with decision making abilities will be given priority.

» Retailers who accept their invitation / enroll in the program are expected to register and pay to attend the CStore Connections conference. Retailers who are not registered will not be scheduled for meetings. 

» Retailers must complete all 1-on-1 meetings as scheduled to successfully complete the program. Each retailer schedule will vary, but should include 4 – 6 meetings.

» Retailers will enroll in the Partner Plus+ program individually, with a limit of 2 participants per company. Meetings must be attended by the scheduled retailer.

Sponsorship Requirements

Supplier participants must commit to the event at a Platinum level or higher. 

Program Benefits

» Sponsors who commit to this program will be guaranteed 5 – 10 one-on-one meetings with the best suited retailers over the course of the event.

» Retailers are vetted and enrolled in the program based on business needs to allow for best meeting pairings possible. 

» Supplier companies will arrive to Charlotte with their pre-scheduled meeting agenda to ensure the ROI on attendance is achieved.

Participation Guidelines 

» A semi-private meeting space will be provided.  Sponsors should limit meeting materials to printed hand outs and small give aways. No AV is available. 

» Suppliers will sign off on retailer participation as meetings are concluded. 

» Supplier attendance to each meeting should be limited to 1 – 2 individuals, which can be changed per meeting as needed. 

Participating in a 1-on-1 meeting program like Partner Plus+ requires both the retailer and supplier attendees to provide required information in a timely manor. To help all participants prepare, the important dates for the 2025 program are outlined below.

Retailer Invitation Request Process Begins

Week of  January 6, 2025

Retailer Invitation Request Process Closes 
All retailer attendees who wish to participate in the Partner Plus+ program must submit an invitation request. 

Supplier Company Cut Off
To ensure the success of the Partner Plus+ program for all, suppliers who intend to participate must be committed to the event as a sponsor. 

Week of  January 13, 2025

Retailer Enrollment Process Begins
Retailers who best meet all program guidelines will be provided an invitation to participate. 

Retailers who accept their invitation (enroll in the program) will be provided an opportunity to inform program organizers of any conflicts with meeting times and/or specific suppliers. 

Supplier Scheduling Begins 
Participating suppliers are given the opportunity to review the retailer invitation list.

February 10, 2025

Final Cut Off for Retailer / Supplier Enrollment
All participants at this time are considered final and no additional companies/individuals will be enrolled. 

Week of  February 17, 2025

Meeting Schedules Sent 
All participating individuals will be provided a copy of their final meeting schedule.  Meetings will also be communicated as calendar appointments to help keep everyone on time.

One-on-One Meetings 
Partner Plus+ meetings are scheduled through out the CStore Connections event in Charlotte, NC. 

The schedule below demonstrates all possible meeting dates/times. Exact meeting schedules will vary for each participant.

All meetings are scheduled within the times below for 15 minute increments. Attendees who are scheduled for meetings during meal times will be ensured 30 minutes to enjoy the meal/break before or after meetings.
